We want you to be delighted with your original artwork from Brunholmen Art Gallery.

If an artwork does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or gallery credit.

To initiate a return, please inform our gallery team prior to shipping by sending an email statement.

We reimburse purchases no later than 14 days from receiving the returned piece in original condition. Payments are returned via your original payment method without additional processing fees.

• Purchased within 14 days

• Kept in original packaging

Non-refundable artworks:

• Custom commissioned paintings tailored to client specifications.

• Artworks damaged, unsealed, or altered after successful receipt.

• Art pieces physically modified or re-framed by third parties.

• Brunholmen Art Gallery reserves the right to decline returns that fail to satisfy these preservation standards.

Clients are responsible for return shipping and transit insurance. Send returned paintings to:

We recommend an insured art courier. Brunholmen Art Gallery is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. Refunds require physical receipt and condition verification at the gallery.

Damage

If a painting by Eldar Tandstad or Runar Risvik arrives damaged, please document the parcel immediately and notify us within 48 hours to arrange restoration or full reimbursement.

We aim to ensure full customer satisfaction and fine art preservation for every piece delivered from Ålesund.
